Community Partners

God is Still Speaking...

We believe we are a sent community that seeks the welfare and renewal of the community around us. We intentionally partner with organizations working in the community that are doing work that is central to our mission as a church. We are called to be the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus in the world. For without us, the work cannot be done.
-
You’ll find many of our members serving on school boards, city councils, county boards, and boards of local non-profits and foundations. Many members give their time, talent, and treasure to agencies that help those who are hungry, homeless, imprisoned, victims of violence, destitute, or struggling.

Our Community Partners

Poor People's Campaign

In 1968, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many others called for a “revolution of values” in America. They sought to build a broad, fusion movement that could unite poor and impacted communities across the country. Their name was a direct cry from the underside of history: The Poor People’s Campaign.
